Anyone familiar with Hawaiian food is certainly aware of the Loco Moco.  It’s not for anyone generally concerned about their health,  but it is for anyone who is looking for a sinfully delicious combination flavors.  Who wouldn’t want a fried egg over a hamburger patty and rice and all of it smothered in gravy.  This one of a kind creation was invented at Cafe 100 in Hilo, Hawaii in 1949 and has been raising appetites and cholesterol levels ever since.  On our trip to Hilo, this was a must stop for us on our world food tour.
